 After a few years of keeping the shipping as low as possible and covering the costs. As of 10/21/24 the Free Shipping is $125.00 USD, Free Shipping can be combined with coupons as long as full total is 125.00 and over. No code needed.

FREE US SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125.00 (TAXES not included in total for Free Shipping, $125.00 in subtotal ( after discounts). IF less than $125.00 a Flat Rate Applies

 Free shipping now includes Hawaii and Alaska. Free Shipping promo excluded from any International Orders. Free Shipping excluded from APO/FPO addresses. 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your package's tracking number so you can eagerly track your box of goodies!
• Once your order ships out from lafinchfabrics.com, it is in the hands of our dear friends at the post office or UPS. Any inquiries involving shipping delays or deliveries can be directed to the USPS or UPS, depending on your method of shipment. LA Finch Fabrics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark down the value of your package or falsify customs information.
• We are not responsible transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances

*We may experience up to 5 days delay on packing orders, but please know that our remaining staff are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. 

We make every effort to ship orders out in a timely matter. Every order will go out within 1 to 5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of placing the order. If there is a problem with your order such as mismatched dyelots or a fabric running short, we will email you within two business days of receiving your order to see how you would like to handle the issue

 

 SHIPPING TIMES: If you require an expedited shipping, please reach out to us. Sales@lafinchfabrics.com or leave a note in your order, so that we can try to accommodate your request. Business days Monday thru Friday 8am- 3pm PST.If you order after 3pm PST- please keep in mind the shipping time frame will be next day when we receive order . Saturday and Sunday  and National Holidays are non-business days. 

Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as your order arrives.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return your item(s) and we will credit your account, not including shipping charges. With the exception of "AS IS" , "DEAL OF THE DAY LOW PRICE PROMOS" , "Clearance" and " End of Bolt Sale" fabrics, " 5 yard precuts"  which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

NOTE: **We do not refund shipping cost or pay for shipping the items to be returned unless there was a mistake on our end. Please email us within 14 days of receipt of fabric, please include order number and  reason for return.

All items need to be sent back within 14 days. After 14 days we will be unable to process your return. 

RETURNS/CREDITS :Once we receive your return, please give us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. Reminder we do not pay for return shipment of fabric.

 

SHIPPING:

 All US orders $125.00+ ship for free! (Applies to the 48 contiguous states, and limited time includes Alaska and Hawaii).  

For orders over $125.00 + we typically ship via UPS /USPS ground and no longer able to offer Free Shipping to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like expedited shipping please let us know and will send you an invoice. We will be shipping orders in a poly envelope or box at our discretion. All fabrics wrapped to avoid damage in bag/box

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via the email address listed in your account. if necessary, shipping may be held until the issue is resolved.

 

 

PROCESSING SCHEDULE:

PROCESSING/SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of payment. When applicable, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of shipment. Keep in mind ,fabric is cut to order and to  continue offering Free shipping we ship out large orders via FedEx ground and UPS ground. Ground shipping typically 1 to 5 business days from when tracking received. If you would like faster shipping, please let us know and we can send you an invoice for the shipping difference.

Business Days: Monday Thru Friday. 8 am to 3pm PST.  

*If an order is delayed, we will contact you. Orders that qualify for free shipping will  be shipped via USPS ground/UPS ground. 

Shipping Rates:

(Yardage per package may vary depending on weight of fabric. Most of the time we can fit up to 4 yards of fabric in a flat rate envelope) Please not bulky fabric up to 2 to 2.5 yards can ship in an envelope, next shipping tier applies and will be noted in fabric descriptions.

We are a small shop company and ship via USPS and UPS ground. We keep the prices in fabric low and cover shipping costs when we can. The prices of shipping reflect the costs of the post office and UPS fees. For orders  $125.00 and over for the US we will cover the cost of shipping as a Thank you for your large order.

 

US Rates:

Orders less than $124.99 will ship at promo shipping price of $9.95 FLAT RATE. As long as order is

Small Box Shipping  1 to 4 yards = $9.95

Medium Box Shipping 5 to 8 yards = $13.00

Large Box Shipping 9 yards to 12 yards=$17.00

13 yards and more= Estimate $40.00 to send a custom box via USPS.

*Lighter wovens will be less and price adjusted. Thicker/ heavier fabrics- French terry, fleece, denim, Liverpool will be about $40.00 however e-mail us and will give you a quote for lowest pricing.
