This set includes 40 short pre-cut strips, each measuring 2.5" x 10" (not full width-of-fabric strips). It is a great pick for beginners, scrappy makers, and anyone who likes to experiment without cutting into their best fabric. Every strip arrives pre-cut and ready to sew. Blossom Breeze is a garden in early summer, caught at the hour when the light is still soft. The palette runs through pink and coral, aqua and turquoise, deep navy and true red, with lavender, sage and cream in between. Every strip was cut with the others in mind, so nothing in this pack fights for attention. The quiet ones that do the heavy lifting Every good scrappy quilt needs somewhere for the eye to rest, and this is where these strips earn their place. There's a pink gingham and an aqua gingham, a soft pink windowpane check, a fine aqua stripe, and a crisp triangle geometric in pink on white. Two near solids join them, one in a warm sage and one in a clear turquoise, both with just enough texture to read as fabric rather than paper. Set one of these between two busy florals and the whole row calms down. The light florals These are the sweet ones, printed on white and cream grounds so they carry air into the quilt. Tiny sprigs of pink blossom. A scattering of grey green leaves with small red berries. Ditsy flowers in coral, pink and lime. Pale pink hydrangeas packed close together.
