Tencel is a brand owned by Lenzing, an Austrian company, and encompasses lyocell and modal fibers, both derived from wood pulp. Soft feel, breathability, moisture wicking- great for activewear keeping you cool and dry. Tencel is a durable fabric that resists shrinking, fading, and wrinkling. Made from wood pulp from sustainably managed forests and using a closed-loop process, Tencel is considered an eco-friendly option.  This knit has a bit of rayon ( Tencel is part of rayon family) and spandex for stretch/recovery in the rib knit. Great weight for a rib knit! Dresses, tanks, longsleeves, cardigans. Has a nice drape and in my opinion opaque compare to other rayon spandex knits in the market.
